Returns

For any quality problem within 3 years after you received the ordered product, normally we do not require a return. You just send us the video or pictures evidence to show the problem.

For other seller's fault issue, please claim to the seller within 30 days after the receipt. Whether to return the products depends on the order value and the returning shipping cost. Anyway the seller will pay the cost.

For the customers' fault issue, please return the product within 30 days if the buyers want refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in good packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)

For quality problem withing the 3 years warranty, we would arrange the full / part refund to you or send you a new product within 10 days after receiving the video or pictures evidence.

For other seller's fault issue, we would arrange the new product to you within 10 days after receiving the video or pictures evidence.

For the customers' fault issue, we would arrange the full / part refund to you within 10 days after receiving your return, depends on the condition of the returning products. The buyers pay the returning shipping fee.

Once your return / evidence is received and inspected, we will notify you by email or mobile calling of the approval or rejection of your refund. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within any applicable return days as applied by your bank.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven`t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company or your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping

To return your product, you should send your product to attention Ju Yi Jing at the contact address in the shop.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don`t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
